  • Raymond J. Schmidlin, Sr.

    Ray has resided in Ohio his entire life.  He received his law degree from Cleveland State University and his undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton.  He has been practicing law since 1965.  He is admitted to practice in Ohio, the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, the United States Supreme Court and the United States Tax Court, and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.

    Ray has counseled and assisted numerous clients with matters involving corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, small businesses, taxes, real estate, wills, trusts, probate and estates.

  • Robert J. Foulds

    Bob has been a Cleveland area resident for over thirty years.  He received his undergraduate and law degrees from Case Western Reserve University before joining our firm in 1981.  He is admitted to practice law in Ohio, the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, the United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States, and is a member of the Cleveland, Cuyahoga County and Ohio State Bar Associations, the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, and the Defense Research Institute.      

    Bob has significant experience litigating an array of insurance and other civil matters, including wrongful death, personal injury, products liability, intentional tort and other types of significant injury cases, and is a skilled negotiator.  Many of our larger clients seek his opinion when evaluating and negotiating complex insurance claims and other serious litigation matters.  He has successfully assisted various insurance carriers with their investigations of suspected fraudulent insurance claims.  Bob is also available to serve as an independent mediator to assist others with a variety of civil disputes.

  • Raymond J. Schmidlin, Jr.

    Ray is a lifelong resident of Lyndhurst, Ohio.  He is admitted to practice law in Ohio, the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, Florida, the District of Columbia, and the Supreme Court of the United States.  Ray graduated law school at Case Western Reserve University and received B.A., cum laude, from the University of Dayton.  He is a member of the Cleveland, District of Columbia, Florida and Ohio State bar associations, and the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys.  He serves on the City of Lyndhurst Civil Service Commission.

    Ray has a wide range of litigation experience involving insurance issues, personal injury, business, banking, collection, and construction.  He counsels clients regarding corporate, small business, real estate and probate & estate matters.  Ray is also available to serve as an independent mediator to assist others with a variety of civil disputes.

  • David B. Henderson

    Dave started with the firm in 1992 after he graduated Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton. He is admitted to practice in Ohio, the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, and the United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit, and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. 

    Dave has successfully represented many clients with regard to injury related claims.  He is a skilled negotiator and zealously represents clients in litigation involving a variety of practice areas including insurance, personal injury, real estate, contract, and probate claims.  He also counsels and assists clients with real estate, contract, will & trust, estate, and probate matters.  Dave is also available to serve as an independent mediator to assist others with a variety of civil disputes.

  • Celeste M. Manway

    Celeste was born and raised in Ohio.  She began working for our firm in 1987.  She is admitted to practice in Ohio, the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, the United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.  She received her law degree and B.A. (magna cum laude) from Cleveland State University, and is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Ohio State Bar Association, Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, and Cleveland Association of Trial Attorneys.

    Celeste is extremely knowledgeable about nursing home litigation, insurance related claims, and appellate litigation.  She was recently appointed to a national advisory counsel on nursing home litigation by an insurance client.  That experience afforded her the opportunity to lecture at a national panel counsel meeting on the topic of the use and effectiveness of Daubert challenges for limiting or prohibiting the admissibility of testimony of opposing expert witnesses.

  • Kevin P. Roberts

    Kevin is a lifelong Cleveland area resident.  He received his law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1993 after attending John Carroll University for his undergraduate degree.  He is licensed to practice law in Ohio and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.  Before joining our firm in 2002 as an associate trial litigator, Kevin was with the law firm of Jones Day for 13 years.  From 1993 to 2000, he worked as a staff attorney and was principally involved in the defense of clients in complex tort-liability litigation.  Now his practice is focused on the areas of insurance defense, consumer litigation, defending workers’ compensation claims and personal injury litigation.
